Note on Packaging: All items are shipped using our specialized 'Collector-Grade' method, which includes Mylar sleeves and rigid packaging (Box-in-a-Box method for larger items) to guarantee maximum protection against transit damage. Furthermore, all shipments use generic, plain packaging that does not disclose the contents, guaranteeing your privacy.

We are happy to ship our unique collection pieces to most countries around the world.
All orders are personally processed and packaged as quickly as possible by Sébastien.
Shipping Location: All orders are shipped from Quebec, Canada.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 hours). This time is dedicated to the meticulous protective packaging of your items.
Carrier Dependency: Please note that the processing and drop-off time is strictly dependent on the opening hours of Postes Canada and Purolator offices/depots.
Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed and dropped off the next business day.
We offer several options to best suit your needs and budget, always ensuring your item is securely packaged.
Carriers: We offer shipping services via Canada Post and Purolator.
Fee Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated in real-time based on your address, the item's weight/dimensions, and the chosen service.
Transparency Note: You can verify the exact shipping costs in your cart before proceeding to checkout/payment.
Typical Costs: The average cost for shipping a standard-sized package containing one or two Doujinshi or Artbooks within Canada is typically around $15 CAD (using Certified Mail Delivery with tracking). Since shipping rates are based on the total package weight, combining multiple items into a single order is always the most cost-effective option for our customers. International rates will vary.
Minimum Purchase: No minimum purchase is required to place an order.
Detailed Shipping Options:
Standard Mail (Economy Option):
This option is available only for low-value, small items (such as single cards) to offer significant savings on shipping costs.
Warning: This shipping method does not include a tracking number and does not offer insurance or protection against loss or damage in transit. We strongly recommend this option only for items you are willing to replace.
Certified Mail Delivery (Canada Post or Purolator):
This option includes a tracking number and is mandatory for all Artbooks, Doujinshi, Figures, and high-value items. It always includes the standard insurance offered by the carrier, providing peace of mind.
Tracking Number: For all certified mail shipments (including Purolator and Canada Post tracked options), a tracking number will be provided to you by email within 48 hours of your order being shipped. You will then be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If your order is being shipped outside of Canada:
Buyer's Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by your country or the carrier are the sole responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees before placing your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the quality of the collection piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order (as confirmed by the tracking number) to request a return or exchange.
Given the nature and value of collector items, returned items must strictly meet the following conditions:
Be in their original, factory-sealed condition (unused, unopened).
Be in their original, unopened packaging (i.e., if a figure is sealed in plastic, the plastic must be intact).
Must be returned with all original accessories, documentation, and the original "Thank You" note.
Any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging will not be accepted for return or refund.
Due to the nature of specialized collector items and to maintain the integrity of our inventory, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Doujinshi and Artbooks: Except in the case where you received the wrong item(s) due to our error. This policy protects the authenticity and condition of these rare items.
Opened Figures or Kits: Once the manufacturer's seal has been broken.
Custom/Special Order Items: Any item sourced specifically for the customer.
To initiate a return:
Contact us: Send an email to japanart.doujin@gmail.com with your order number and the precise reason for the return (e.g., incorrect item received, condition issue).
Instructions: We will personally review your request and send you a confirmation and detailed instructions for shipping your package back to us.
