Standard Mail (Economy Option): This option is available only for low-value, small items (such as single cards) to offer significant savings on shipping costs. Warning: This shipping method does not include a tracking number and does not offer insurance or protection against loss or damage in transit. Certified Mail Delivery (Canada Post or Purolator): This option includes a tracking number and is mandatory for all Artbooks, Doujinshi, Figures, and high-value items. It always includes the standard insurance offered by the carrier, providing peace of mind.

3. Order Tracking

Tracking Number: For all certified mail shipments (including Purolator and Canada Post tracked options), a tracking number will be provided to you by email within 48 hours of your order being shipped. You will then be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

4. International Shipments (Customs Duties and Taxes)

We are happy to ship our products to most countries around the world.

If your order is being shipped outside of Canada: Buyer's Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by your country or the carrier are the sole responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees before placing your order.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
